What to expect

Preview shop

1. Complete the preview intake form.
2. We review your details and set up your preview shop.
3. You receive your preview link and a sign-in email for the merchant dashboard.
4. Explore your shop, try a test order, and join a demo call if scheduled.

Going live

1. When you are ready for real sales, complete the full onboarding form — the preview form alone is not enough for production.
2. We configure payments, shipping, and your live shop.
3. You receive your live shop address and dashboard access.
4. Follow the getting started guide for day-one tasks.

Preview → production

1. Complete the preview intake form — we'll set up your preview shop.
2. Explore your shop and try a test order.
3. When you're ready to go live, complete the full onboarding form.

Save a copy

Both intake forms include Download PDF at the top of the page. Use your browser's Print → Save as PDF to keep a copy for your records.
