Staging preview intake form
Use this form when you need a preview shop — a temporary storefront where you can browse products, test cart and checkout, and explore the merchant dashboard before go-live. Your D4 contact may complete this with you on a call.
Before you start
Gather your shop name, preferred web address, brand assets (logo, colours), and the sign-in email for your merchant dashboard. You can save this page and return later.
